CANCELLATION POLICY/LATE ARRIVAL

Cancellation Policy:
When you schedule an appointment with us, we reserve that time especially for you.  With that in mind, we have a very strict 24 hour cancellation policy.  Any treatment appointment cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged $95 for one hour of service.

Late Arrival:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $25 late fee.  We are by appointment only and late appointments throw off our schedule and keep us from doing our job effectively.
