We choose to bill in 15 minute increments rather than offering a flat rate because hourly pricing is the most fair and ethical way to bill the client. Why should a job that takes 30 minutes be charged the same rate as a job that takes 1.5 hours?

*Average short hair .5-1 hour, average long hair (shoulder length, medium thickness) 1.5-2 hours. Treatment time depends on length and thickness of hair and severity of infestation.
